Magnolia Shores

We just enjoyed a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island, and we’re so grateful to AMI Accommodations for hosting us. We stayed at the Magnolia Shores home, which has been beautifully remodeled and is fully equipped with everything you need. We loved relaxing by the pool and had a blast playing mini-golf.
The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the communication from AMI Accommodations was excellent, making everything so easy for us.
We’d love to return in the near future and highly recommend both this home and AMI Accommodations to anyone planning a stay on Anna Maria Island.

Magnolia Shores was our dream vacation home. It was so beautiful and tastefully decorated, everything was new and in spotless condition. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and the pool was a true highlight. The whole pool deck is very well laid out and offers lots of privacy and style.The patio is screened, but overall there were no bugs on the property. We enjoyed the putting green and the outdoor shower (you even can take a hot shower outside).The house is perfectly located, only two blocks from the beach, within 4 minutes walking distance. You do not need to search for a special beach on AMI, the one near the house is just perfect. We've been to many beaches all over the world but have never seen this fine, white powdered flour-like sand. Right next to it is the Sandbar restaurant, a great spot for a sunset dinner. Many other restaurants and cafes are nearby.The beach equipment in the garage is high quality, with a large handcart and 6 beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. We didn't try out the gas grill, but will do so next time...This house is a dream house for families or a small group. It is bright, imoeccably clean and smells fresh and welcoming. The contact with the host A.M.I. Accomodations was smooth, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. I would give more stars if I could. Only downside was that we only stayed for three nights. Next time, it will definitely be longer.

Property was beautiful inside and outside. We spent so kuch time outside with the family in the pool and putting on the green, and of course taking the quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this property for a family vacation getaway.

Wonderful place to stay for a family with kids. The pool and backyard is like an oasis and there’s lots to do all around. Walking to the beach and Pine Ave was a breeze. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would absolutely come back!

The house was perfect for our family of three. We loved that we could walk to the beach or bay, hang out in the pool, and walk to all the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Didn't use our car once. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. The property management company was very responsive. We'd definitely stay at this house again and would be happy to stay at other houses managed by this company.

My family had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Shores! The house was in a wonderful location and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The house was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Our kids loved the pool and putting green, and we enjoyed the screened in porch with table and seating. This place was a dream! Located walkable to the beach and a couple delicious breakfast spots (i.e: Northshore Cafe). We had an entire itinerary and ditched it just to hang out at the house, it was truly spectacular. They provided everything, it was IMPECCABLE, homey, comfortable and the pool/backyard was a dream. The hosts were very communicative and professional and let us check-in an hour earlier which we really appreciated. I would come back here time and time again and stay in this exact house. Great experience.

Without a doubt the pre arrival communication, during the stay communication, and post stay communication was stellar. AMI definitely does the right job in giving all the information you need and stays in touch during the stay
The property was perfect, from decor, to the pool and the mini golf. The location could not have been better only 1 block from the beach and right by all the little shops and restaurants on the quieter north end.
If there was any notes on the stay it was the the air did not go below 72. (we like it cold!) We requested a change and they worked to lower it to 70. While it wasn't as cold as we hoped their repeated call backs checking in on us and the responsiveness was absolutely first class. We will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay in this home! It is perfect and overly accommodating! So many extras like a wagon for the beach, toys, plenty of towels, the outdoor shower was so convenient for washing off our little one…. I can’t even name everything we loved there was so much. On top of that, the home is so lovely and perfectly designed, very clean, walkable to everything we needed, just perfect. We would stay again!

This house is a jewel! We immediately felt at home. The interior has been decorated very nicely with lots of love to the details. The pool and deck area is beautiful and we enjoyed chilling out and having BBQ there. It‘s a 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach.
The house has lots of extras, like floaties for the pool, beach chairs and a little trailer to load everything in, enough beach towels, board games and more. And everything in new condition.
Check-in and check-out worked perfectly and there is a binder with all the important information.
The house across the street is under construction but we weren’t bothered by the minor noise.
All in all it was a great experience and we enjoyed it to the fullest.
We‘de love to come back one day!
