Coconut Cottage

We enjoyed staying here. Great location, garage had plenty of chairs, coolers, noodles, which we truly appreciated. Pool was cleaned mid week, which was great. We were told we only get one "starter" trash bag. That was disappointing given the price of the week. No "starter" washing machine pods, no "starter" coffee, no "starter" hand soap, etc. Sometimes the small things mean a lot to families that travel in, especially us moms. Games (ping pong, corn hole, yardage, jenga) downstairs were awesome especially the day it rained. Overall great home.

Our family stayed here and the house and location did not disappoint! The back yard/pool area was a beautiful spot to truly relax. Lots of games and activities to keep our teenager and young adult children occupied when not at the beach or crusing around Anna Maria. The library of books was also a favorite and an added bonus.

The home is gorgeous. It’s laid out very nicely like very very nicely. The decorations look like it was getting stage for sale. I felt like we were in a 2 1/2 million dollar house. Pool was nice they came and cleaned it before we got there and mid week management company was super responsive, location is great Catch-22 you’re two blocks from the beach but you’re also adjacent to a little bit of a busy road so Sangeeta mine hearing the electric golf cart zip pes I couldn’t even find anything that I can complain about ACs were great TVs all over the place more than enough patio. Space The downstairs rec room was phenomenal. I’m kind of sick of playing ping-pong because my kids kept pressing me to do it every day books puzzles, additional games, fully loaded garage with all beach materials, starter packets on all necessary stuff, shampoos conditioners dishwashing detergent. Our family of four has a great time at this house! We spent most of our time in the pool area. The pool gets just enough sun if you need some sunshine and has so many shaded areas to keep you out of the sun as well. Easy walk to the beach. House is very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was perfect as we cooked most nights. Loved this place and would definitely stay again!

This was our first time renting a vacation home, there were no reviews on coconut cottage house in Holmes beach, so we trusted the listing, i can tell you we were not disappointed, the listing was everything it said it was & more, very clean, loved the decor, we felt like we were at home, very happy with our stay.

The property was very nice. No surprises. However, the bed in the master bedroom could use a topper to make it a little bit more comfortable. Also, it would have been nice if the area around the pool was a little larger so there would have been more room for sunning yourself. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything went smoothly and house is exactly as described by VRBO. Easy walk to beach n trolley stop. A couple minor repairs were needed and the manager promptly sent someone over. The house is on a corner lot with a some traffic noise but not enough to hamper our enjoyment. Landscaping is lush and tropical. We’ll cared for property.

Beautifully decorated home. Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and nice wine glasses! The only disappointment was the third bedroom which had a trundle bed. The trundle bed did not turn into a queen or king so for an adult couple not the best set up.

We were very pleased with the house. It’s even better than the pictures and was more than we expected. It was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It has everything you can imagine needing for a beach vacation. Beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, floats as well as tons of puzzles, books and games for those rainy Florida days. It’s an easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to everything the area has to offer. We loved the electronic lock and not having to deal with a key pickup/drop off. We definitely recommend this property!

Had a wonderful trip to AMI! We loved Coconut Cottage, it was everything they described & more! Very, very, clean, and such a quick walk to the beach (easy to go back to house if you need anything). The decor was beautiful and the house layout was great for our teens. The beds were super comfortable, one daughter said it was the best bed she ever slept on. The garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles & pool games. We rented some additional chairs and cooler in case, but that was not necessary, it is all in the garage. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates/glasses/bowls/etc.. If there was a downside, might be a little bit of traffic noise from Palm Drive, but that would. not deter us from staying here again. But the location was great because a short golf cart or bike ride to either Pine Street or Bridge Street. We look forward to coming back again!
